Pumpkin Bread

  • 4 eggs
  • 3 Cups sugar
  • 1 Cup melted butter
  • 1/3 Cup water
  • 2 Cups pumpkin (Store extra pumpkin in freezer in bags measured out for recipe because it only lasts about 1 week in the fridge)
  • 3 1/2 cups sifted flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 1 /2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Combine eggs and sugar, beat well.

Add melted margarine, water, pumpkin; beat well.

Combine dry ingredients and add, beat well.

Stir in chocolate chips.

Pour into 3 greased and floured bread pans. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
