1/2 cup butter (1 stick), room temperature
1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
2 cups powdered sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2-3 Tablespoons milk
- Beat together butter and peanut butter till smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla and beat until combined
- Add milk, beating well till light and fluffy. (Add more milk or powdered sugar if needed to make the frosting thicker or thinner)
Devin wanted a chocolate cake with peanut butter frosting for his 15th birthday. So dad found this online. It was so yummy. It will become a staple I think. It would be really good on cupcakes too.
