Cupcake Filling

• 3 oz cream cheese
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup sugar
• chocolate chips

Mix all ingredients together. Fill cupcakes with batter then add a spoonful of filling. Or mostly fill with batter then add filling then top with more batter.

I usually double the recipe.
