Whipped Shortbread

  • 1 lb. butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch

Beat butter and sugar for 10 minutes. Add flour and cornstarch and mix slowly.

Roll out 1/2-1 inch thick. Cut with biscuit cutter.

Bake at 275 degrees for 20-25 minutes. WATCH CAREFULLY.
