- 5 gallons of water
- 5 lbs of sugar (about 2 cups per pound of sugar so 10 cups of sugar)
- slush base if wanted
Dissolve sugar in water. Also add slush base if wanted. Pour into slush machine and turn on to freeze.

Quart jar:
Fill with boiling water.
Cold pack 25 minutes. Steam-25 minutes-screw lids on tight.
Mix in blender until slushy.
Add sugar and lemon juice to gallon container. Add enough water to make a gallon. Garnish with lemon slices.
Mix all together. Garnish with lemon and lime slices on top.
