Slush for slush machine

  • 5 gallons of water
  • 5 lbs of sugar (about 2 cups per pound of sugar so 10 cups of sugar)
  • slush base if wanted

Dissolve sugar in water. Also add slush base if wanted. Pour into slush machine and turn on to freeze.

Orange Julius

  • 1 6 ounce can frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 1/2 cups cold water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tray ice cubes

Mix in blender until slushy.

Real Lemon Lemonade

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups lemon juice
  • enough water to make a gallon

Add sugar and lemon juice to gallon container. Add enough water to make a gallon. Garnish with lemon slices.

Citrus Water

  • 10 quarts water
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon extract
  • 2 Tablespoons citric acid – find in the pharmacy, it’s a powder

Mix all together. Garnish with lemon and lime slices on top.

Brazillian Lemonade

Original Recipe Yield 4 servings

 

Ingredients

  • 2 limes
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 cups water
  • ice

Directions

  1. Wash limes thoroughly. Cut off the ends and slice into eight wedges. Place limes in a blender with the sugar, sweetened condensed milk, water, and ice.
  2. Blend in an electric blender, pulsing 5 times. Strain through a fine mesh strainer to remove rinds. Serve over ice.
