Cilantro Lime Rice – Cafe Rio Copycat

2 cups rice

4 cups water

2 teaspoons chicken bouillon

1 handful cilantro, chopped

1/2 lime, juiced

1 can (4 ounces) diced green chiles (we don’t add this)

Pour everything in a pot and heat to boiling.  Then add lid and turn down to low for 20-30 minutes or until tender.

Remove lid and stir to combine everything.
