{"id":1087,"date":"2020-07-02T19:35:42","date_gmt":"2020-07-02T19:35:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dennisrecipes.morgeneggs.com\/?p=1087"},"modified":"2020-07-02T19:35:42","modified_gmt":"2020-07-02T19:35:42","slug":"chocolate-truffle-cake","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dennisrecipes.morgeneggs.com\/index.php\/2020\/07\/02\/chocolate-truffle-cake\/","title":{"rendered":"Chocolate Truffle Cake"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 chocolate cake mix<\/li><li>1 box (8 oz) chocolate pudding mix<\/li><li>5 eggs<\/li><li>1 stick of butter, melted<\/li><li>16 oz sour cream<\/li><li>1 bag of chocolate chips<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Highly suggested to wait a day after baking this cake before eating, because on day 2 the texture of the cake is like a truffle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preheat oven to  350 F.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Combine cake and pudding mixes and then create a well in the middle of a large bowl.<\/li><li>Dump the sour cream, melted butter, and eggs in the well.<\/li><li>Using a large spoon (trust me, your mixer will fry because this is so thick, plus your arms will need the workout!) mix all of the ingredients together. Don&#8217;t be alarmed on how thick the batter is, that is normal.<\/li><li>Then pour the entire bag of chocolate chips in and mix again.<\/li><li>Spray your bundt pan with pan spray and put the batter in it.<\/li><li>Bake 50-55 minutes. Once it is done let it cool for 10 minutes and flip it out of the pan.<\/li><li>This cake does not need any frosting, but some fresh whipped cream or ice cream is yummy!<\/li><li>You can eat it right away, but again, I highly suggest waiting a day.
