{"id":308,"date":"2017-11-10T21:13:26","date_gmt":"2017-11-10T21:13:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dennisrecipes.morgeneggs.com\/?p=308"},"modified":"2020-06-24T16:08:58","modified_gmt":"2020-06-24T16:08:58","slug":"cheese-enchiladas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dennisrecipes.morgeneggs.com\/index.php\/2017\/11\/10\/cheese-enchiladas\/","title":{"rendered":"Cheese Enchiladas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>SAUCE<\/p>\n<p>4 cups water<\/p>\n<p>1 \/4 cup tomato paste<\/p>\n<p>1\u00a0 1\/2 ounce butter or margarine (3 TBS)<\/p>\n<p>1 teaspoon salt<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 Tablespoon chili powder<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 Tablespoon paprika<\/p>\n<p>1 Tablespoon beef base<\/p>\n<p>Dash cayenne<\/p>\n<p>Add all ingredients in a pan and bring to a boil.<\/p>\n<p>Mix 1\/2 cup flour with 1 cup water.\u00a0 Add to boiling sauce till thick.\u00a0 You may need a little extra.<\/p>\n<p>Lightly fry corn tortillas in oil.\u00a0 (about 15 tortillas)<\/p>\n<p>Coat bottom of glass pan with sauce.<\/p>\n<p>Pour some sauce on a plate.\u00a0 Put 1 tortilla in sauce.\u00a0 Flip.\u00a0 Add grated cheese.\u00a0 Roll.
